Details of the professional rules which apply to us as an English law firm may be viewed on the Solicitors Regulation Authority website. The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Our office opening hours are 8 am to 6 pm.

The firm maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Details of our insurers and the territorial coverage of the policy are available for inspection at our offices.

The firm prides itself on the level of service it provides to its client. Sometimes things go wrong and in that unlikely event it has a Written Complaints Procedure to ensure that complaints are dealt with promptly, fairly and effectively and within the 8 weeks from the date of the complaint. A copy of the firm's Written Complaints Procedure can be supplied on request.
